Steps to Delete Your Account
- Navigate to Profile Page: Log in to your SnapnSellIt account and go to your profile page.
- Access Settings: Click on the Settings icon located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Scroll to Delete Account: Scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
- Confirm Deletion: Click on the Delete Account button and press Sure when prompted to confirm.
Important Notes on Account Deletion
- Once your account is deleted, all your profile data, including personal details, items posted, and related activity, will be permanently removed from our database.
- This action is irreversible, and SnapnSellIt will no longer retain any information associated with your account.
- Users are encouraged to download or back up any important information before proceeding with the deletion process.
Account Retrieval
- In certain cases, if a user needs to retrieve their account after deletion, they must contact SnapnSellIt Support within 30 days of deletion. While we cannot guarantee retrieval due to data deletion policies, we will do our best to assist based on available backups or logs.
